I'm way over my head here.TTW requires a clean Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas installation. I should probably look for a more thorough guide before trying this I think. I don't know what to delete or even what C++ redistribution even does. It's ok, because as I said above, I can't install even the one I found because Windows recognizes a newer version on my computer. (Not your fault) But the link to the redistribution package is dead.
